It is essential that you have a yearly service to ensure your boiler is running safely.

Warranty Terms & Conditions – Boiler manufacturers will provide you with a warranty that spans several years after the date of purchase. However without a yearly service these warranties will become invalid meaning you will have to pay for any parts and labour required should your boiler breakdown.

Landlords
If you are a landlord you have a responsibility both morally and legally to keep your tenants safe. This includes maintaining gas appliances to a high standard. Gas Safe Register specifies that as a landlord you have the following main duties, all of which we can provide for you:
Maintenance – Experts on diagnosing and fixing all types of boiler faults, we aim to get to emergencies within 4 hours.
Gas Safety Checks – We will contact your tenant, arrange and carry out service sending paper work to you on completion. We can also remind you when these are due.
Record – We will fill out a Gas Safety certificate, sending a copy to you and your tenant, keeping ours on file for the minimum 2 years meaning you will always have access to them.
