Refurbishment Site Work

From starting to trade in 1992, we have worked with some of the region’s largest building contractors to deliver refurbishment projects across the North of England. We have forged an enviable reputation in this market delivering decent homes standard kitchens, bathrooms and central heating’s to tenanted and void properties on sites ranging from 1 to 100’s of properties. We pride ourselves on the care that our installers take in other people’s properties.

We also offer specialist services carrying out enabling gas and plumbing works to EWI Schemes and providing gas certification required by law.

Due to Gas Safe Legislation, we have completed several sites where gas testing has been required after refurbishment work such as new windows, doors and roofing works completed.
